Thursdays 9-10 am pacific time, starts January 15th, 2026

Registration Opens Dec 2nd, 2025

Come land into your bones, into gravity and the support of Earth. Come land into your exhalation and subtle movements through your joints. Drink the sky, feel the movement of breath through your body in all directions, exhale and ripple the space around you with your breath. Roll upon the floor and pour your body weight into Earth.

Land into community and the nourishment of ripples of call and response.

Rest into sound and silence. Rest into movement of colours and lines and shapes across a page. Give space for words to unfold through reflective practices.

This 3 week repeating series will offer different views on ways of resting in solitudes and together, to support supple modulation of nervous systems, relaxation in body, restoration of mental ease and inner spaciousness.

With movement, somatics, image making, and writing, this nourishing reset for your body, mind, and spirit is refreshing and stabilizing good medicine in these complex and intense times.

FAQs

What to prepare and have at hand:

Prepare a space for practice. Cozy and where you have enough privacy to feel safer. We will spend time on the floor, sitting, standing, and moving through space. Have a blanket, yoga mat, or other soft surface for floor practices.

Have a cushion, zafu, or bozu for sitting upon. If you have an exercise ball, that’s useful also (but not necessary).

Provide yourself with a journal and writing tool, and simple art materials that you like to use.

Dress in layers of clothing that is comfortable for movement, and have water or a warm beverage near by.

Can I join this class if I have body pains, injuries, low energy, dis/Abilities, movement related fears and worries?

Yes! This is a wonderful class for you to join. This class is gentle and attuned nourishment. Every movement inquiry will be shared with a spirit of choice freedom and various ways to practice and adjust according to each person’s own needs.

Do I have to be on screen through the class?

We’ll begin and end the class with a circle, with cameras on so that folks can have a sense of who they are in the class with. There will be sometimes through the class where we share things with each other - thoughts, impressions, art, writings - and it’s useful to be able to be on screen in these moments so folks feel received by one another.

And, for movement and somatic inquiries it’s fine to be off screen or have the camera off if you prefer, and there may be times of moving through space where many folks will be off screen.

Our practice is a 360 degree practice; the screen is flat and offers a window box; we will not be stuck within the box.

Do I register for the series or can I attend one time?

This is a three class series, to support greater ease for folks in feeling comfortable to rest with one another.
