For these gatherings we will meet outside on beaches and in the forest. Each Saturday day-long will hold two portions with a break in-between. We will gather on the beach at low tide, and in the woods for a silent, mindful, movement wander.

In these sessions we will weave somatic inquiry, improvisational movement, writing and image making, play and storytelling. We will tend creativity, grow kind welcoming community, experience surprises and joy, be with tenderness together, have deep time for solitude, experience belonging and comfort, and explore our growing edges. We will connect deeply with this Beloved Earth, with fire, earth, air, water. We will share generative, gorgeous, dynamic and simple improvisations and weave wisdom together.

You may come for one, many, or all of the events in this series. Each one will be different. Each one will be magical.

We gather together rain or shine. We will create shelter and expansive horizons. Bring layers, bring clothing suited to the weather, wear shoes that allow movement and traction, bring water and snacks, bring a journal and a few simple art materials. Bring your curiosity, willingness, and truth.

This is the first, the wildest and the wisest thing I know: that the soul exists and is built entirely out of attentiveness.
